Dr. Pollard has pioneered the use of a combination of biochemistry, biophysics, microscopy and genetics to investigate how cells control the assembly and disassembly of actin filaments during cellular movements.

Please join us for the second seminar of the Woody Lectureship supported by an endowment established by Robert and A-Young Woody upon their retirement from the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology.  The series seeks to bring world renowned scientists whose research spans a wide range of fields to interact with the Colorado State Life Sciences research community.
