The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BMB) Department has partnered with the School of Biomedical and Chemical Engineering to offer an Accelerated Master’s Program (AMP) that will allow qualified undergraduate students to complete a B.S in Biochemistry and a Professional Science Master’s (PSM) in Biomanufacturing and Biotechnology in five years. AMP students may double-count up to nine credits of approved 500-level courses towards both their B.S. degrees and the PSM, reducing time-to-degree and lowering costs.

Students may apply for this program beginning in their junior year. Students from any one of the BMB department undergraduate degree concentrations are encouraged to seek out this opportunity. Students must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00 for entrance into the AMP.
